Consultation Services Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Service:

The consultation session is a one-hour meeting focused on providing strategic advice tailored to the client’s business needs. This session includes recommendations and guidance only, excluding any direct implementation unless otherwise agreed.

2. Fees and Payment Terms:

The consultation fee is $250 for one hour, non-refundable, and must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm the session.

3. Rescheduling Policy:

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule their consultation. Late rescheduling requests or no-shows will forfeit the consultation fee. No refunds are provided.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy:

Client information discussed during the consultation will be handled with strict confidentiality. No information will be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

5. Disclaimer:

All recommendations provided during the consultation are advisory in nature and do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

6. Limitations of Liability:

Paul Nello Romero and Kapa Tec, LLC DBA Kapa Technologies are not liable for any decisions or actions the client takes following the consultation. The client is responsible for the implementation and results of any strategies discussed.

7. Intellectual Property:

All materials and insights provided during the consultation are proprietary to Kapa Technologies and are intended solely for the client’s personal or internal use. Redistribution or sharing of these resources without permission is prohibited.
